Our fabricated steel buckets are available in a variety of materials with numerous options such as hardface welding or wear lips to resist abrasion.
Each cast malleable elevator bucket is designed to fill properly during loading and discharge freely and cleanly.
Design: Fabricated steel buckets are laser cut and robotically welded in exact fixturing to provide precise mounting and performance. Cast buckets are smooth and seamless with reinforced corners. There are four fabricated steel elevator bucket styles and seven cast styles.
Applications: Varied across a wide range of industries, including cement, asphalt, construction, mining, agriculture and power generation.
Availability: Standard cast sizes and styles are available from stock. Made-to-order fabricated steel elevator buckets also are available.
